Our Programs

Provide for a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development; this mentoring entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have the more excellent relevant knowledge, wisdom, or experience (the seasoned Brother) and a person who is perceived to have less (the undergraduate or growing Brother).

 The purpose of this organization is to establish an alumni association dedicated to support college undergraduates with demonstrated financial needs with scholarship, mentorship, and community involvement, which will help sustain and build future growth.
